Formula in Plain Words
Dose per injection is the weekly dose divided by the number of injections per week. Volume per injection is that single dose divided by the concentration, because concentration tells you how many milligrams are in each millilitre.
Worked Example
For a weekly dose of 100 mg, given as 2 injections per week, with a concentration of 250 mg per mL, the dose per injection is 50.00 mg and the volume per injection is 0.20 mL.
