Heart Age Calculator

Use the free Heart Age Calculator on ToolVexa for a simple, rough heart age estimate from age, systolic blood pressure and total cholesterol. This is an estimate only, not medical advice or a diagnosis.

How to Use

Enter your age, systolic blood pressure and total cholesterol, then press Calculate.

Formula in Plain Words

Start with your age. Add 1 year for every 10 mmHg of systolic blood pressure above 120, and 1 year for every 20 mg/dL of total cholesterol above 200. Values at or below those levels add nothing in this simplified model.

Worked Example

Age 50, systolic blood pressure 140 and total cholesterol 240 give an estimated heart age of 54 years: 50 + 2 + 2.

FAQs

Is this a medical diagnosis? No. It is a rough estimate only. Talk to a clinician about heart health.

Can heart age be lower than my age here? Not in this simplified model, which starts at your age and only adds points. A full clinical assessment uses more factors.

Why use blood pressure and cholesterol? Higher systolic blood pressure and higher total cholesterol are commonly used risk factors in heart health assessments.
